Payment Methods
・PayPal Account Payment:
If you have a PayPal account, you can pay using your PayPal balance, linked bank account, or credit card.
・Credit Card Payment:
If you do not have a PayPal account, you can still pay via the PayPal platform using a credit or debit card, without the need to register for a PayPal account.
Exchange Rate Explanation
・Product prices are displayed in New Taiwan Dollars (TWD). The actual exchange rate will depend on your credit card provider's rate at the time of the transaction.Shipping Information
Shipping Schedule: Orders are shipped every Wednesday and Sunday.
・In-Stock Items:
Shipped within 1 week (excluding transit time).
・Pre-Order Items:
Shipped 2-3 weeks after the order is placed (excluding transit time).
If you purchase both in-stock and pre-order items together, shipping will be based on the pre-order item’s schedule. If you want in-stock items to arrive sooner, please place a separate order for them.
Domestic Shipping
We offer services for convenience store pickup, home delivery, and in-store pickup.

We offer global shipping services, including but not limited to:

International Shipping
International shipping times depend on the selected shipping method and the postal systems of each country.
Our shipped packages will include tracking. The approximate delivery time is as follows:
Africa: 14-25 business days
Asia: 7-18 business days
Australia: 10-13 business days
Caribbean: 20-30 business days
North America: 11-13 business days
Central America: 15-30business days
South America: 15-30 business days
Oceania: 10-15 business days
Europe: 10-16 business days

Return & Exchange Policy
If you receive a product with incorrect items, defects, or damage during shipping, we will provide return and exchange services.
How to Apply for a Return or Exchange
If the product is damaged or the packaging is incomplete due to shipping, please inform the delivery personnel immediately and take photos for evidence to protect your rights.
Please send photos of the defective product to sixpence.gallery@gmail.com, and we will assess the situation and replace the item as soon as possible.
If the received product has defects or damage, please notify us immediately. Returns or exchanges will not be accepted if not reported within 7 days of receiving the item.
・Return / Exchange:
Products must be kept in their original condition upon arrival (including the product, accessories, instructions, warranty, packaging, and shipping slip). Please contact customer service and follow their instructions; do not return the product on your own. Once we receive the returned item, we will process the exchange service within approximately 1-3 business days.
・Refund Method:
Once we confirm the refund request or receive the returned item, we will process the refund within approximately 2-4 business days (excluding store holidays).
The refund will be issued via PayPal, and the refunded amount will be subject to a 5% PayPal transaction fee.
Terms and Conditions
Special Terms for Products:
・Books:
If you receive a defective book, please provide photos for assessment. Minor issues, such as uneven printing or slightly worn edges, are not considered defects. Customers who are sensitive to book conditions can request detailed photos or videos after making a purchase.
・Artwork:
Purchased artwork is not eligible for the 7-day trial period. After delivery, returns or refunds for reasons not related to our responsibility will not be accepted.
The following situations do not qualify for returns or exchanges:
- Exceeding the return/exchange timeframe.
- The product has been opened or used.
- The product is not in its original packaging, damaged, incomplete, or missing gifts or accessories.
- Auction items.
- Lottery sale items.
- Made-to-order items.
- Customized items.
- Malicious or bulk returns.
International Shipping Notes:
- For overseas orders, please enter the recipient's information in complete English and confirm that the details are accurate before purchasing.
- Customs duties and other taxes will be paid by the recipient, as required by the laws of their country.
- Prior to shipping overseas orders, quality checks will be conducted. Returns due to personal reasons or ordering errors will not be accepted.
- Returns or exchanges for overseas orders involve cross-border processes and logistics. If the product is defective or incorrect, please contact customer service for return/exchange instructions and do not send the product back on your own.
- Due to varying regulations for overseas transactions in different countries, please check local government regulations before purchasing to ensure the product can be delivered to the specified country. We will not be responsible for any products seized by customs, and product costs and shipping fees will not be refunded.
- If the recipient refuses delivery, fails to pick up from the local logistics center, is unable to clear customs due to local regulations, or if the recipient address is incorrect or incomplete, the shipping fees will not be refunded. Refunds will be issued minus the round-trip shipping fees and any other costs incurred (such as taxes and handling fees).
Environmental Protection
In response to Taiwan's policy on Restrictions on Packaging Use for Online Shopping and Implementation Methods and to raise environmental awareness, Sixpence Gallery will use original boxes, recycled boxes, or reused packaging materials for product packaging and shipping. This initiative aims to reduce resource waste and protect our planet together.
